i thought this was a luxury resort, but the dirty swimming pool and the fixed food menu really bring it down. the staff should've offered better treatment, especially considering my expectations. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, i guess a welcome gift would’ve been too much to ask for here.

Waterfall from our room, making mornings truly magical. The staff were delightful, eager to help. the road leading to the resort needs better signage. it was an unforgettable experience, especially savoring dinner while listening to the sound of the falls.

Waking up to birds chirping outside and enjoying the peaceful garden area was a highlight of my stay. There were great relaxation spots, like the sun loungers and a lovely outdoor pool to unwind by. Just a heads up, the food options can feel a bit limited, so maybe plan ahead for meals! 😊
